Event Registration

The registration fee to attend Engage!27 Costa Rica is $8,500 per person. You may pay in full or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 90 days before the event. Balance payments will automatically be charged to the card on file on August 2, 2027.

Travel to Costa Rica, airport transfers, and accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Our host hotel for Engage!27 Costa Rica is Nekajui, A Ritz-Carlton Reserve. Exclusive room rates will be offered, ranging from $720++ for reserve rooms and plunge pool rooms, $945++ for one-bedroom suites, and $1800++ for two-bedroom suites per night, and are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13%) and a 3% service fee, which is in effect at the time of check-in. A resort fee of $50 (plus 13% tax) per room, per night will be charged in addition to the room rate. Any additional guest rooms requested outside of our contracted room block, including pre and post-event stays, are subject to availability at the time of booking. Details for booking at our Engage! rates will be shared directly with registered attendees. We encourage you to book early as room types are limited.

Engage!27 Costa Rica registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval (no later than two weeks before the event). Please thoroughly review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
