Event Registration 

The registration fee to attend Engage!26 Evrima is $15,500 per person for single occupancy, $12,000 per person for double occupancy and $10,500 per person for triple occupancy. These rates are all-inclusive and cover the Engage! Retreat fee and all accommodations expenses related to your luxury yacht experience aboard Evrima. Due to the limited capacities and unique nature of this retreat, Engage!26 Evrima is for registered attendees only. 

All registrations will be invoiced via PayPal (within 24 hours of registration) per the following payment schedule. Payments not made by the due dates will result in cancellation of registration and loss of any deposits, with the exception of resorts, hotels and tourism boards paying via check/wire transfer.

Single Occupancy - $5,000 due within 48 hours of registration, $5,250 due by April 23, 2025 and $5,250 due by October 23, 2025.

Double Occupancy - $4,000 due within 48 hours of registration, $4,000 due by April 23, 2025 and $4,000 due by October 23, 2025.

Triple Occupancy - $3,500 due within 48 hours of registration, $3,500 due by April 23, 2025 and $3,500 due by October 23, 2025.

Travel to San Juan, airport transfers to/from the port, spa treatments, specialty excursions, reserve wine list, cigars and merchandise are not included in the registration fee. 

Engage!26 Evrima registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
