Event Registration
The registration fee to attend Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience is $8,500 per person. For those registering for their 5th (or more) Engage! event, we are pleased to offer a special rate of $8,000. Reductions will automatically be applied during the registration process. You may pay in full or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 90 days before the event. Balance payments will automatically be charged to the card on file on January 7, 2025.
Travel to Tuscany, airport transfers, and accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Our host hotel for Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience is Castelfalfi. All of our events will take place throughout this spectacular property, therefore this Engage! is exclusively for guests of Castelfalfi. Preferential room rates will begin at €500 per night plus 10% VAT for single or double occupancy, including breakfast. Note that standard room rates at Castelfalfi typically begin at €775 during this time of year and all rates are offered in Euros. Details for booking your accommodations at the Engage! rates will be shared with registered attendees.
Engage!25 The Tuscany Experience registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
NOTE: This event is currently sold out for the cinematographer and photographer categories only. Please join our waitlist by completing the form below. If a spot becomes available in the future, we will reach out to those on the official waitlist. You will not be charged for a waitlisted registration unless we reach out to confirm your attendance.
