Event Registration 

The registration fee to attend Engage!25 The London Experience is $8,500 per person. For those registering for their 5th (or more) Engage! event, we are pleased to offer a special rate of $8,000. Reductions will automatically be applied during the registration process. You may pay in full or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 90 days before the event. Balance payments will automatically be charged to the card on file on April 21, 2025.

Travel to London, airport transfers, and accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Engage!25 The London Experience is exclusively for guests of the four Maybourne hotels, our host hotel partner. Preferential room rates will begin at £495 at The Berkeley, £595 at Claridge's, £725 at The Connaught, and £895 at The Emory, per night excluding 20% VAT and subject to 5% service fees for single or double occupancy. Please note that rates are in British Pounds. Details for booking your accommodations at these Engage! rates will be shared with registered attendees.

Engage!25 The London Experience registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering. 

NOTE: This event is currently sold out for the photographer and cinematographer categories only. Please join our waitlist by completing the form below. If a spot becomes available in the future, we will reach out to those on the official waitlist. You will not be charged for a waitlisted registration unless we reach out to confirm your attendance.
