Event Registration
The registration fee to attend Engage!25 Peru is $9,500 per person. Due to the limited number of attendees, no discounts will be offered. You may pay in full or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due 90 days before the event. Balance payments will automatically be charged to the card on file on June 9, 2025.
Travel to Cusco, airport transfers, and accommodations are not included in the registration fee. Our host hotel for Engage!25 Peru is Monasterio, A Belmond Hotel, therefore this Engage! is exclusively for guests of Monasterio. Preferential room rates will range from $600 - $1000 per night plus a 10% service charge for single occupancy. Details for booking accommodations at the Engage! rates will be shared with registered attendees in the coming months.
Engage!25 Peru registrations are non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event with advance written notice and approval. Please review our Cancellations and Transfers policy in our Terms & Conditions before registering.
