In an effort to ensure the magic mix of industries at every Engage! event, each participant category has a limit. Once the limit is reached for an industry category, that category will go to waitlist status. If a spot becomes available within that category in the future, we will offer it to those on the official waitlist.

The cost to attend Engage!24 The Africa Experience is $9500 per person and is non-refundable but transferable to another person for the same event. The attendance fee does not include travel to Zambia, airport transfers or accommodations at our host resort, Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Zambia Hotel by Anantara. Room rates will begin at €500, inclusive of VAT and breakfast for single or double occupancy, and booking instructions will be shared directly with registered attendees. 

The complete resort experience is essential to any Engage! event and as such, the event is exclusively for guests of Royal Livingstone Victoria Falls Zambia Hotel by Anantara. We have a complete buyout of the resort so guests of attendees will have limited access to resort services as they will be dedicated to our group. Should you need to pay for your registration with a corporate check or wire transfer (no credit cards please), select the pay by check option in the billing section on the next page and a PayPal invoice will be sent to the billing email on file. Please share any specific details which need to be reflected on the invoice in the comments box below. Invoices not paid by the due date will result in cancellation of registration.
